Data we process
Store profile, staff accounts, inventory, bills, optional customer name/phone, consent flags, and prescription files you upload.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use store, customer or prescription data for foundation model training.
Consents
WhatsApp bill share, marketing, and refill reminders are separate optional consents.
Retention
Prescription retention is configurable per store. After the retention period, files may be deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request export, correction, or deletion/anonymisation via support. See data deletion.
