Know exactly who you buy from
Every distributor you order from in bulk gets a record — GSTIN, drug licence, address and payment terms — with each bill filed against it automatically.
One vendor, however the bill spells it
"Ocean Pharma", "M/s Ocean Pharma" and "OCEAN PHARMA PVT LTD" are the same distributor. Bills match on GSTIN first, then on the name, so your order history never splits in three.

Batches are watched at 30, 60 and 90 days. Near-expiry stock can be raised as a distributor return with a credit note, instead of being written off.
- GST the way a chemist files it
Registered stores issue Tax Invoices; unregistered stores issue a Bill of Supply. MediSection decides from your GSTIN rather than asking you to remember, and the GST summary exports as CSV.
- FEFO, not guesswork
First-expiry-first-out is suggested at billing, so the strip nearest expiry leaves the shelf first — the single biggest cause of dead stock in a small pharmacy.
- Patient data kept small
Only the extracted medicine names are stored against a prescription, with a retention date. The uploaded image is not kept.
