Store owners may request deletion or anonymisation of personal data.
How to request
Message WhatsApp +91 92772 29456 from the registered store number with subject “Data deletion”, store name, and owner name.
What we delete
Personal customer fields and prescription files per policy. Statutory bill archives may be retained where law requires, in anonymised form where possible.
Timeline
We acknowledge within 7 business days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days unless a legal hold applies.
